    Notifications about new submissions are sent to the Operator's mailbox hosted by a Russian email provider (within Russia).

    To serve the website, Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Cloudflare Inc. (CDN and protection) are used; their servers may be located outside Russia and process technical data (e.g., IP address), which may constitute cross-border transfer.

    Data may also be disclosed to authorities as required by law.

    7. Retention
