Ad budget leaks quietly. The agent catches it the same day

I connect an AI agent to your ad accounts and analytics. Every day it reconciles spend against leads, tells you when something breaks, and once a week sends a report with decisions: where to move budget, what to switch off, what to scale.

    Ad money disappears between reports

This is not a platform problem and not a contractor problem. Nobody looks at the whole ad picture every day, because it is tedious work that cannot be squeezed in between other tasks.

A campaign breaks on Wednesday and you find out on Monday from the report. Four days of budget went nowhere.
Data lives in separate corners: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, site analytics, leads in the CRM. To see the whole picture, somebody has to assemble it into a spreadsheet by hand.
The report shows that things got worse but not why. Then comes «we should look into this» — and nobody ever does.
Budget is split the same way it was last quarter. Not because that split is best, but because changing it takes time nobody has.
Your contractor reports their own numbers about their own work. There is nothing to check them against.

So decisions get made once a month from a report, while money is spent every day.

    What the agent does

Watches your advertising every day so you don't have to

Four simple things that usually nobody in the company actually does.

    Daily reconciliation

Every morning the agent collects spend, leads and cost per lead across all channels and compares them to your own normal range from previous weeks.

    Alerts with a cause

When a number leaves its boundaries you get more than «something went wrong». You get «cost per lead doubled in campaign X, and here is what changed».

    Monday report

Spend by channel, leads, cost per lead, week-over-week movement and a list of decisions: what to move, what to switch off, what to scale.

    Answers to questions

Ask in plain language in your chat and get an answer from your own data, without opening five dashboards and building a spreadsheet.

    A day with the agent

What an ordinary Tuesday looks like when an agent watches your ads

    09:10

Yesterday's summary: €412 spent, 6 leads, €68 per lead against €44 a week earlier. One campaign caused the jump, the rest are normal.

    12:30

A question in chat: «which creative brought the most leads over the last 7 days?» The answer arrives before you finish opening the ad account.

    15:40

Alert: since yesterday the site form has not been submitting leads from mobile. Ads are running, money is going out, leads are not coming in.

    17:00

The agent prepares a proposal: take 30% of budget off the two worst campaigns and add it to the one delivering leads at €41. You make the call — the agent changes nothing on its own.

An example day. Thresholds, channels and wording are tuned to your business.

    Method

Twenty percent on discovery, eighty on what already works

Budget usually gets allocated once and then left alone: there is «no money» for tests, and six months later there is no understanding of why leads got more expensive either. The agent holds that discipline for you — with numbers, every week, not with good intentions.

    Looks beyond the ad accounts

The agent ties ad spend to behaviour on your site: which channels, creatives and segments make it to a lead, and which bring people who leave on the first screen.

    Reserves a share for discovery

Part of the budget — around 20% by default — is set aside to test new combinations: different creatives, different audiences, different placements. That money stops dissolving into routine.

    Writes briefs, not wishes

For every hypothesis the agent prepares a brief: what we test, on which audience, with what message, what it costs and which metric decides. Your marketer or contractor sets the campaign up.

    Moves budget to the winner

After a week or a month it is clear what worked. The main share of budget goes to the best performing combination, losing tests are closed and new hypotheses take their place.

The testing share is not dogma. On a small budget 20% will never reach significance, so we test less often but in bigger chunks. Exact proportions are agreed at the start and revisited by season.

What you actually get in practice

    1 week
    to your first report
    every day
    spend reconciled against leads
    read-only
the agent's access to your accounts
    17 years
in advertising and sales behind the agent
    Connections

    What it connects to

The agent works with what you already have. Nothing has to be migrated or rebuilt.

    • Ad accounts: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
    • Site analytics: GA4, Google Search Console, PostHog
    • Leads: CRM, site forms, messenger conversations
    • Spreadsheets and exports, if part of the numbers lives there

    Anything else — on request

This list is not closed. If your data sits in another system I connect it separately: anything with an API or a regular export will do. On the free session I will tell you straight away what connects quickly and what takes longer.

    How it works

    1

I go through your ad accounts and analytics. Within a week you have a written breakdown: where money leaks right now and what it costs per month.

    2

We agree what counts as normal: which metrics matter and at what deviation the agent should wake you.

    3

I connect the agent in read-only mode. It never presses a single button inside your accounts.

    4

The agent builds a baseline from your own account history — your normal, not a market average.

    5

From there it runs on its own: daily reconciliation, alerts on deviations, a report every Monday.

    6

Once a month we go through the reports together and retune thresholds for the season and new campaigns.

    Who this is for

    A good fit

    • You spend €3,000 a month or more on ads — below that the agent will not pay for itself, and I will say so upfront
    • You run more than one channel and nobody puts the whole picture together
    • You have a contractor or a team and want independent oversight of their work
    • You make the budget decisions and need grounds for them, not gut feeling

    Not a fit

    • Advertising runs occasionally or is currently paused
    • You need someone to manage bids for you: the agent watches and proposes, the hands stay yours
    • There is neither analytics nor lead tracking in place — that comes first, the agent second
    security

    Access and security

The most common objection sounds like this: I am not letting a robot into my ad accounts. And it is the right objection.

Read-only access. The agent does not change bids, budgets or creatives — it reads them.
No action inside an account without your decision. The agent prepares the proposal, a human presses the button.
Access stays yours: you grant it, and you revoke it at any moment in one move.
What goes to the language model is numbers and campaign names, not customer databases or personal data.
I work under a contract, NDA on request.

How this differs from what you already have

    From a dashboard

A dashboard shows what happened and waits for you to open it. The agent comes to you and says what changed and what to do about it.

    From an agency report

An agency reports on its own work. The agent counts from raw account data and has no stake in a good-looking report.

    From one-off analysis

Exporting the data and going through it once can be done without me. The value here is that somebody looks at your advertising every day without your involvement.

    What it costs

    Launch

    Setup

    €1,200 one-time

Account breakdown, connecting the sources, tuning thresholds and the report. For the first two weeks I run it alongside you.

    • Review of current campaigns and analytics
    • Connection of every channel and lead source
    • Thresholds and report format tuned to you
    Running

    The agent at work

    €300 per month

Daily checks, alerts on deviations, the Monday report and a monthly review together with me.

    • Daily spend-to-leads reconciliation
    • Alerts that explain the cause
    • Weekly report and monthly retuning

An honest fork before we start

We begin with a free 30-minute session. I pull API access to 2–3 systems of your choice beforehand and arrive with a finished report. If those numbers do not show losses big enough to pay for running the agent, I will say so — and we do not start.

    Reviews

Real recommendations from clients and colleagues

"We came to Roman for GEO — our site's visibility in AI search: the catalog was a mess and so were the answers AI engines gave. He ran a full audit and did the GEO work to get the site into AI answers: the score went from 58 to 79. He knows his craft and doesn't push extra services. Recommend."

    Dmitry Bartolomey

"We worked with Roman on digitalizing our sales department. He quickly found the problem both in the digital assistant's spec and on the technical side — after that things moved, and the average cost per AI-assistant request went down. Huge thanks, we'll be back!"

    Andrey Lomakin

"In a two-hour consultation we took my startup's architecture apart piece by piece. Book a review of your advertising

Access is pulled over API before the call, so the half hour goes into the conversation rather than into setup. You pick 2–3 systems — Google Analytics, Search Console and an ad account, for example — I merge them into one report and show you in practice where things are stuck: where budget goes, where leads are lost and what to fix first.

First diagnostic session is free. We'll identify your systemic growth points and understand how I can help.
