    We provide AI systems and neuro-agents design. All services are provided "as is". We aim for excellence but do not guarantee specific financial results or business growth.

    3. Payments and Refunds

    Services are provided based on agreed terms. Payments are processed via bank transfer. Refunds are provided only if services were not initiated or in accordance with written agreements.

    4. Liability

    Roman Denisov is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data arising from the use of our services or AI implementation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

    5. Governing Law and Disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Coimbra, Portugal.
